Hallmark Healthcare Solutions’ Einstein II expands its partnership to provide Automated Scheduling and Analytics for Physicians at IHA Hospital Medicine Service
Mt Laurel, NJ, August 04, 2016 – Hallmark Healthcare Solutions, a proven leader in health system workforce technology, is pleased to announce the expansion of its artificially intelligent predictive modeling and analytics solution, Einstein II, to the Physician and Provider space.
“Einstein II has already proven its ability to optimize efficiency and reduce costs in the urgent care, ambulatory and hospital arenas. Now we are proud to leverage Einstein II’s considerable capabilities to provide automated scheduling, analytics and reports for Physician (Provider) schedules,” said William Reau, Chief Operating Officer of Hallmark Healthcare Solutions.
Michigan-based IHA Hospital Medicine Service will be using Einstein II to better understand data patterns, automate scheduling and visualize trends. “IHA Hospital Medicine Service chose Einstein II for our physician scheduling system because we were looking for a product to reduce administrative burden, create analytics and enhance communication with providers regarding scheduling needs,” said, Caitlin Valley, MHA and Program Manager at IHA Hospital Medicine Service.
Dr. Gaurav Vashishta, Division Head of IHA Hospital Medicine Service, said, “Einstein presents a robust platform to build schedules, cutting down on manual efforts and better predicting staffing needs. Einstein can even alert to upcoming event deadlines for individual providers… including license renewal.”
Einstein II’s central dashboard empowers leaders with real time at-a-glance reports with the ability to dive deep into specifics. “By automating analytics-based scheduling, and by creating visual predictive indicators of performance, Einstein II greatly improves efficiency,” said, Neeraj Isaac, Chief Technology Officer at Hallmark Healthcare.
Einstein II’s pioneering software includes dynamic, actionable, real-time analytics dashboards, granting holistic, horizontal views across an entire organization, as well as the ability to vertically drill down. These attributes answer all questions from the startling to the strategic, to shifting organization from reactive to proactive, preventing problems before they occur, optimizing schedules weeks in advance and more.

Over a decade later, IHA continue to place great emphasis on selecting only premier physicians and practitioners to ensure that one gets the best possible care. Today, IHA is one of the best not-for-profit multi-specialty groups in Southeast Michigan.
